സിന്ധു നദിയിലെ ജലവിഭജനം സംബന്ധിച്ചു 1960 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 19-ന് ഇന്ത്യയും പാക്കിസ്ഥാനും തമ്മിൽ ഒപ്പുവച്ച കരാറാണിത്. ഇന്ത്യൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ജവഹർലാൽ നെഹ്‌റുവും പാകിസ്ഥാൻ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ആയൂബ്ബ്‌ ഖാനുമാണ് കരാറിൽ ഒപ്പുവച്ചത്. കരാർ പ്രകാരം സിന്ധു നദിയുടെ പോഷകനദികളായ രവി, ബിയാസ്, സത്‌ലജ് എന്നീ നദികളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണം ഇന്ത്യയ്‌ക്കും ഝലം, ചിനാബ് എന്നിവയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണം പാകിസ്ഥാനും ലഭിച്ചു.
